Chloe Rigogne

Chloe’s practice focuses on defending contractors, owners, general contractors, and other entities at various stages of litigation, primarily in construction and insurance matters. Since beginning at London Fischer, she has secured multiple summary judgment wins, handled several mediations, and defended clients at various stages of litigation.

During law school, Chloe worked in Fordham Law School’s Federal Litigation Clinic where she drafted and filed briefs in civil and criminal matters before the Second and Fifth Circuits and honed her litigation skills. She also served as an Articles & Notes Editor of the Fordham Law Review, an associate editor of the Moot Court Board and of the Dispute Resolution Society, as well as an advisor for first-year law students.

Chloe’s range of legal and non-legal experiences have developed her ability to navigate complex legal issues both in and out of the courtroom. She prides herself on being able to approach any problem with speed, efficiency, and accuracy, believing that curiosity and hard work is the necessary recipe to reach successful resolution in any case.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys watching the Premier League (COYG!) and French soccer, and makes an effort to attend as many New York Liberty games as she can. She also is a devout Swiftie.
