Biography

Chris devotes most of his practice to helping victims of defective products. In recent years, he has been sought for his work in injury and property claims stemming from explosions of lithium-ion batteries and devices they power. His work in this field includes pursuing claims against national manufacturers and sellers of phones, remote-controlled vehicles, e-cigarettes and other devices powered by lithium-ion batteries. He has assisted in cases across the country.Chris also represents clients in wrongful death and personal-injury cases, including severe burns, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and products liability. His practice also includes complex litigation and class actions.
