Biography

Chris W. Henry is a principal in the firm. He has been practicing law since 1975 in the areas of banking, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, real estate and business law.

Chris regularly advises his banking and financial institution clients on a wide range of matters including complex loan transactions and regulatory issues. Chris has also represented these clients in numerous trials in state and federal court as well as in various adversary proceedings in the bankruptcy courts throughout Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Colorado.

Chris attended Southern Methodist University and the University of Kansas where he graduated in 1972, and he obtained his law degree from the University of Kansas in 1975. Chris is admitted to practice before the state courts of Kansas and Missouri, the United States District Court of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri.

Chris served as a United States Bankruptcy Trustee from 1980-1992 and has spoken at numerous seminars on bankruptcy law and related commercial law issues, Chris has been listed in the Woodward/White reference book “The Best Lawyers in America” continuously since its publication in 1987.
