Christian Berens

Christian Berens was born and raised in Florida and has built his career around advocating for individuals and families affected by negligence. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida in 2021, where he developed a strong interest in law and justice. His passion for advocacy led him to pursue a Juris Doctor at Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated with the Class of 2025. During law school, Christian distinguished himself as a member of FIU’s nationally recognized and award-winning trial team, gaining valuable courtroom experience and honing his litigation skills.

Now an Associate Attorney in Morgan and Morgan’s Orlando office, Christian focuses his practice on premises liability cases, including negligent security and slip or trip and fall claims. He represents individuals and families who have been injured due to unsafe conditions on both commercial and residential properties. Christian takes pride in holding property owners and operators accountable for their negligence while pursuing full and fair compensation for his clients under Florida law.

Dedicated, approachable, and detail-oriented, Christian brings a client-first mindset to every case he handles. His early hands-on trial experience, combined with his deep commitment to justice, allows him to navigate complex claims with confidence and compassion. Outside of his legal practice, Christian enjoys staying active and engaged in his community, always striving to make a positive impact both in and out of the courtroom.
