Biography

Christian C. Thompson, a seasoned attorney, boasts a rich personal life, being a devoted husband and a proud parent of three children and three grandchildren. His academic journey led him to Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, NY, where he earned his BA in 1976. He further pursued his legal education at The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1979.

Having been admitted to the practice of law in The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1981 and the Federal Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1983, Mr. Thompson has established himself as a reputable legal professional. He holds memberships in prominent legal associations such as The Pennsylvania Association of Justice, The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers, and The Trial Lawyers of America.

Since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1981, Mr. Thompson has dedicated his practice to personal injury litigation. His experience encompasses a wide spectrum of cases, including serious automobile accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, motorcycle incidents, ATV accidents, slip and fall cases, snow and ice accidents, construction and design defect matters, and various other scenarios involving personal injuries due to negligence.

Mr. Thompson's distinction as a trial lawyer is exemplified by his membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an exclusive association where less than 1% of U.S. attorneys hold membership. Over the years, he has secured notable awards and settlements for his clients, showcasing his prowess in the legal arena.

Some highlights of Mr. Thompson's accomplishments include a $1.15 million settlement in an auto and store front design case, $780,000 for a woman injured by a commercial truck, and several substantial settlements in tractor-trailer cases ranging from $750,000 to $250,000.
