Christian Campaniolo

Christian Campaniolo, Esq. is a lifelong resident of New Jersey. Mr. Campaniolo concentrates his practice on various areas of Family Law, including matters of divorce, child custody, and restraining orders. Mr. Campaniolo has provided clients counsel through trial, including arbitration and mediation and applications on motion, as well as counsel on applications for post-judgment relief. Mr. Campaniolo has also provided counsel in other areas of civil litigation such as contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and various transactional disputes. Mr. Campaniolo strives to provide each of his clients individualized attention and compassion.

Upon graduating from law school, Christian Campaniolo, Esq. was accepted into the highly competitive Rutgers Law Associates Fellowship Program, where he represented low to moderate income clients in all phases of litigation and in various areas of the law, under the guidance of an Associate Dean with over 25 years of experience practicing law. This guidance allowed Mr. Campaniolo to obtain invaluable insight into the practice of law and how to best counsel clients through litigation.

In the period between completing his undergraduate studies and entering law school, Christian Campaniolo, Esq. served the citizens of New Jersey both for the Division of Youth and Family Services (now the Division of Child Protection and Permanency), and then as a law enforcement officer with the state’s parole board. This experience allows Mr. Campaniolo to provide his clients with a unique insight into the resolution of their legal issues. Christian Campaniolo, Esq. also served a six-year enlistment in the New Jersey Air National Guard, during which time he was assigned to the 108th Air Refueling Wing’s Security Forces Squadron.
