Biography

Christian G. Vervaeke is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of automobile accident litigation, bodily injury litigation, civil litigation, contracts/collection, insurance company law, insurance coverage litigation, RICO litigation, and risk/claims management, with a particular emphasis in insurance defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vervaeke practiced with a Michigan law office focusing in complex insurance defense litigation and insurance fraud matters. Upon finishing law school, he served as a judicial attorney to the Honorable Muriel D. Hughes of the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan. As a result of his experience, Mr. Vervaeke is skilled in defending claims under the Michigan No-Fault Act and is able to develop creative litigation strategies, work closely with his clients to manage risk, and achieve favorable resolutions.
