Biography

Christian J. DiIenno is an associate in the Labor & Employment Group at Brach Eichler. He represents employers and individual employees in litigation involving federal and state claims of unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Additionally, Christian’s experience extends to litigating commercial and construction disputes. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Christian was a litigation associate at a New Jersey-based firm, where he represented private and public sector clients in a wide array of matters, including complex commercial litigation, labor and employment disputes, intellectual property infringement actions, and civil rights litigation. Christian holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. from Bentley University. At Fordham, Christian served as a student attorney in the Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic, was on the staff of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and earned the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his pro bono work.
