verdicts and negotiated settlements.

achievements are groundbreaking cases such as LA Pacific Center Inc.
v. Paul Hastings, involving a confidential settlement representing a
real estate developer in a transactional legal malpractice lawsuit
over ownership dispute of a Las Vegas Hotel Property. Another
remarkable success was the Federal Express Orland Bus Crash Cases, a
confidential settlement that involved representing over 30 injured
plaintiffs and family members of 9 deceased passengers in a
catastrophic bus collision in Orland, CA.
Christian has
also earned accolades for securing significant jury verdicts,
including $36.1 million in Escamilla v. Durham School Services, a
jury verdict for a 6-year-old student hit by a vehicle while
attempting to board her school bus. In Pedowitz v. Regents of the
University of California, he obtained $10 million for the former
Chair of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at UCLA in a
whistleblower retaliation action after a two-month-long jury
trial.

contributions to the field, Christian has been named a finalist for
the Consumer Attorney of The Year Award by the Consumer Attorneys of
California twice, in 2018 and 2014, for his outstanding work on the
Escamilla v. Durham School Services verdict and the Pedowitz vs. The
Regents of the University of California settlement, respectively. He
has also been consistently recognized as a "Top 100 Young Lawyer
in Southern California" by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2018 to
2020, and annually honored as a "Southern California Rising
Star" by the same publication from 2015 to 2021. Moreover,
Christian was part of the trial team that won the prestigious 2015
Giant Slayer Award presented by the San Francisco Recorder, and he

Christian's impressive academic background
includes earning his J.D. and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and
the Law from The Geoffrey H. Palmer Center at Pepperdine University
School of Law. During his time at Pepperdine Law, he received the
CALI and WITKIN Awards for exceptional achievement in Legal Research
and Writing and Music Law.
Prior to his legal career,
Christian graduated Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude from the Schreyer
Honors College at Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor

An avid hockey player,
