Christina D’Eramo Evans is a partner and Chair of the firm’s Cleveland office Estate Planning, Wealth Transfer & Preservation Section.
Christina is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Her practice is focused on assisting individuals and families with the transmission of their wealth in a tax advantaged manner that at the same time accomplishes desired intent and preserves and encourages client values.
Christina’s expertise encompasses all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration, including sophisticated estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, business succession and charitable tax planning for wealthy families and individuals; advising executors and trustees in the administration of complex estates and trusts; advising and assisting fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the resolution of trust and estate disputes; post-mortem tax planning and the preparation of complex estate and gift tax returns and representation of clients on the audit of these returns.
