Biography

Christina M. Carroll is a complex commercial litigator with trial experience, focusing primarily on contract and business tort disputes in both state and federal courts across the country. She has also handled labor and employment disputes for public companies, as well as trust and estate conflicts for individuals and family offices.

Christina uses her prior experience at a trial boutique handling complex commercial civil litigation as the lens through which to assess cases before suit, to pursue early dismissal or other resolution, and all the way through appeal. She employs a number of litigation management tools and technology to streamline cases, maintain historical knowledge, and reduce overall legal spend. Her clients are involved in a variety of industry sectors, including banking, advertising, health care, oil and gas, real estate (including commercial brokerage and construction), professional and consumer imaging.
