Biography

Christine’s practice is focused exclusively on domestic relations matters. She is a tenacious and passionate litigator whose extensive trial skills, honed before judges and juries throughout New Hampshire, are dedicated to achieving the best possible litigated outcome for her clients. She works cooperatively with her clients to determine whether each particular case should be resolved through mediation or negotiations with the opposing party or whether a litigated resolution is required.

She has a demonstrated ability to listen and respond to her client’s needs during what can be challenging times in their lives. She ensures that her client’s voice and needs are heard during the process. She has a statewide practice and has obtained favorable results for her clients in Belknap, Carroll, Coos, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Rockingham and Strafford counties.

In her 21+ years of practice, she has represented New Hampshire mothers and fathers in divorces, post-divorce enforcement actions, relocation of minor children, domestic violence petitions, prenuptial agreements, custody disputes, child support and alimony disputes. She also has represented grandparents in guardianships and grandparents’ rights disputes.

Christine has had the honor and privilege of representing both active duty and retired Army, Coast Guard and Navy service members or their families. She has also represented physicians, accountants, veterinarians, insurance executives, engineers, air traffic controllers, federal agency executives, teachers, small business owners, realtors, sales managers, hair stylists and homemakers. She has an extensive knowledge base of federal and military retirement and other benefits.

Recently, Christine was pleased to present on topics related to Discovery in Divorce at a NBI sponsored Family Law Seminar. The seminar - Family Law A to Z - was held May 17th in Manchester, NH.
