Biography

Ms. Covey is an experienced litigation attorney certified as a workers' compensation specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association. She handles all phases of defense representation of self-insured, State Fund and group-rated employers in administrative proceedings, trials and mandamus actions. Ms. Covey has been a speaker at numerous seminars sponsored by Ohio Self-Insurers' Association, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Greater Cleveland Hospital Association, Wayne County Personnel Association, Baldwin-Wallace College, Ohio State Bar Association CLE Institute, Cleveland State University Labor-Management Relations Center, Half Moon, L.L.C., Lorman Education Services, National Business Institute, Ohio Petroleum Marketers' Association and the Association of Law Administrators. Ms. Covey has been selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer from 2004 through 2011; and named to "The Best Lawyers in America" from 1995 to 2006.
