Chris joined Koskoff in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in medical malpractice investigation, litigation, and quality improvement systems. Her career began in medical malpractice defense in Connecticut before moving to a commercial insurer, where she managed high-exposure claims nationwide, overseeing thousands of cases and gaining extensive knowledge in professional liability insurance. As Head of Claims with Risk Management oversight for a major Connecticut healthcare system, Chris expanded her knowledge base and comprehensive experience to include investigation and advocacy for risk mitigation and quality improvement. She led the redevelopment of a communication and resolution program to ensure transparency in patient harm events, equipping her with unique insights into the healthcare industry's complexities. At Koskoff, Chris passionately improves patient care, offering compassionate advocacy and guidance to clients and their families.
