Christine M. Steenman focuses her practice on complex financing transactions, with a specific focus on project finance (including renewable and infrastructure financings), export credit agency (ECA) and multilateral supported finance and large asset finance. She has deep experience in representing lenders and borrowers in both domestic and international financing transactions. She also regularly advises corporate trustees and agents in their roles across both debt capital markets transactions and banking transactions (including on project finance and leveraged finance transactions).
