Christopher D. Parker was born on February 4, 1966, in Hereford, Texas, and grew up in Plainview. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University with his B.B.A in 1988 and cum laude with his J.D. in 1991. Mr. Parker was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1991 and the Oklahoma Bar in 2007. He is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, all Oklahoma state courts, and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Amarillo Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Oklahoma, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
