Christopher D. Simpkins

As a former defense attorney for over a decade, Chris has represented medical providers and insurance companies throughout Indiana. He is a steadfast advocate on behalf of his client’s interests and a respected litigator throughout the state. However, in 2021, Chris decided to transition his practice away from being a defense attorney and has never looked back. Now, he uses his experience and knowledge to help injured patients pursue causes of action based on medical malpractice. Chris provides guidance through difficult times, and he strives to obtain the best possible results and compensation for his clients.

Chris is a 2009 graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a 2005 graduate of Ohio University. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two daughters, where he enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with his family. Chris is very active in the local community. He serves on Conner Prairie’s Horizon Council, helping to promote central Indiana’s natural and historical resources and operating a local beer festival to raise funds for the organization. Chris maintains active memberships in the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and The Federalist Society. He is an Indianapolis Bar Foundation Distinguished Fellow and has been repeatedly selected as a Rising Star in Indiana by Super Lawyers.
