Biography

Christopher E. Wilkins graduated in 1980 from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. He is a 1986 graduate of Louisiana State University Law School. Mr. Wilkins is admitted to practice in both Louisiana and New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Wilkins has practiced in the area of civil defense litigation for over 20 years. He practices in the areas of complex premises liability, construction law, products liability and automobile accident litigation, many with exposures that exceed $1,000,000. He also has experience in Workers' Compensation law, Admiralty law, Longshoreman and Harbor Workers' proceedings and asbestos litigation. Mr. Wilkins also has extensive appellate experience. Mr. Wilkins frequently serves as assigned counsel through the Erie County Bar Association Aid to Indigent Prisoner's Society. Mr. Wilkins is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association.
