Biography

Prior to joining Belluck Law, Christopher was an associate at respected New York and Northern California law firms where he focused his practice on representing individuals who suffered from asbestos-related diseases.

He is experienced in all phases of litigation and has served as trial counsel for plaintiffs in numerous asbestos, personal injury, and wrongful death trials throughout New York and California.

From 2013 to 2017, Christopher was named to the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. From 2018 to 2020, he was named to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

Originally from San Jose, California, Christopher is a 2006 graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2003. Mr. Hersom is admitted to practice law in New York, California, and the District of Columbia.
