Christopher G. Cassie is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. Mr. Cassie also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Mr. Cassie has been representing consumers and business owners in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases since 2006. As part of the bankruptcy process, he has drafted bankruptcy petitions and has also represented consumers at 341(a) Meeting of Creditors, Confirmation hearings, Motions for Relief, and Objections to Proofs of Claim. Mr. Cassie has also defended consumers in lawsuits filed by credit card companies, landlords, and finance companies.

Mr. Cassie is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars. Mr. Cassie resides in south New Jersey with his wife, son, and Squishpot the cat.
