Christopher Kim is a Partner of Unified LLP and specializes in Employment Law and Disability Insurance Law.

Chris specializes in matters involving short-term disability benefit and long-term disability benefit denials/terminations, wrongful dismissals, restrictive covenants (non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure), workplace harassment, workplace bullying, workplace discrimination, unpaid wages, unpaid commission and bonus entitlements, including short term incentive plans (STIP) or long-term incentive plans (LTIP) such as stock options and restrictedstock units.
