Christopher M Daniels

Mr. Daniels is a founding member of the firm of Parker Daniels Kibort, LLC. Mr. Daniels has many years of experience as a business owner and a business litigator in Minnesota. Prior to coming to Minnesota, Mr. Daniels was an associate attorney at a large national firm, Katten, Muchin & Zavis, in Chicago and Los Angeles, and at two boutique litigation firms in Los Angeles, Leopold Petrich & Smith and Ginsburg, Stephan, Oringher & Richman. Mr. Daniels began his professional career as an accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston, TX, where he obtained his CPA.

Mr. Daniels focuses his practice on the expedient and efficient resolution of complex commercial and business disputes, including the resolution of disputes in the banking, real estate and construction industries, disputes amongst the ownership of closely-held companies, employment disputes, and disputes in estates and probate, including will and trust contests, among many other areas of dispute resolution.

Mr. Daniels’ background in accounting uniquely qualifies him to investigate and try cases involving complex financial transactions. During his 29 years of practice he has successfully handled thousands of contested matters, tried numerous cases to verdict and resolved hundreds of cases through successful motion practice and negotiated settlements. As a business owner himself, Mr. Daniels understands the needs and concerns of his business-owner clients and works hand-in-hand with them to help them resolve their disputes as quickly, efficiently and successfully as possible and get them back to focusing on their business.
