Biography

Christopher represents businesses at all stages of their life cycles. He helps clients to organize and finance new ventures, review contracts with vendors and customers, and purchase or sell businesses.

Prior to joining Cohen Kinne Valicenti & Cook, Christopher served as Director of Capital Markets with the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation. In this role, he regulated corporate finance activities in the State of Vermont, developing capability in the areas of small business securities transactions, state-based crowdfunding, and EB-5 investments. Christopher enjoys the complexity of business transactions and nuances of each client’s needs.

Prior to law school, Christopher worked nine years in retail store management and development, giving him insight into both the retail industry and business management generally.

Christopher serves on the Board of Directors of the Vermont Law School Alumni Association and co-chairs the mentoring committee. He enjoys building relationships with and shaping the next generation of lawyers. Christopher is also an avid fan of theater and classical music.
