• Successfully represented clients in the federal courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan

• Represented over 500 children who were victims of child abuse and neglect, and represents wrongfully accused parents in child abuse cases and violations of their constitutional right to parent. The NACC is the only organization providing a certification in Child Welfare Law that is recognized by the American Bar Association.
