Biography

A native of Westbury, New York, Chris received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and his law degree from the University of Maine. He is a member of the bar of the States of New Hampshire and Maine. Chris draws upon a rich and diverse professional background, including stints in banking in New York City and as a park ranger in Alaska.

Chris’ practice areas include land use and planning, business counseling and entity formation, real estate litigation and creditor’s rights.

Chris has represented clients before federal and state courts in New Hampshire and Maine, as well as before various federal, state, and local administrative agencies. He has been a resident of Portsmouth since 1995, served on the city’s Zoning Board of Adjustment for ten years, and continues to participate in various community and charitable organizations there.

In his free time, Chris enjoys skiing, hiking, biking and travelling.
