Christopher R. Poole focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation. He represents clients engaged in a wide variety of high-stakes legal disputes. Mr. Poole’s clients range from individuals, small family-owned businesses, high-profile companies based in Western New York, and international conglomerates.

Mr. Poole has nearly twenty years of experience handling complex litigation matters involving commercial litigation, business disputes, labor and employment, employment discrimination, municipal law, and personal injury.

Prior to joining Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria, Mr. Poole served as an attorney for the City of Buffalo and the Buffalo Board of Education. In these roles, Mr. Poole represented these municipal entities, their officers, and employees in Federal and State Court as well as administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
