Biography

Chris is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses his practice on the litigation of business disputes and employment matters. In addition to his time spent as a federal law clerk, Chris has spent much of his career presenting cases to West Virginia juries. He maintained a solo practice and served as a county prosecutor before joining a large regional firm, which he left to join Bailey & Glasser. Chris regularly handles actions involving product liability claims, breaches of contract, confidentiality and trade secrets, and employment matters. Prior to attending law school, Chris taught English at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida, and holds both a bachelors and masters degree in English. Order of the Coif.
