Chrissy Tefera was born in San Antonio Texas. She graduated from Business Careers High School and went on to study Economics at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Economics and worked for Citigroup for two years before deciding to attend Law School. Chrissy Tefera received her JD from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and was licensed to practice in Texas in June, 2007. She was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas in June, 2009. Her professional affiliations include the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, and the Junior League of Fort Worth. Mrs. Tefera actively volunteers in various community projects.
