Biography

Claire Daly joined the Family and Matrimonial Law practice group in 2025 following her graduation from Albany Law School. Ms. Daly previously served as a law clerk in the same practice group. Prior to joining Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP, Ms. Daly was a law clerk for BETA Technologies, Inc.’s in-house counsel in Burlington, Vermont; served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Daniel J. Stewart, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of New York; and worked as a legal intern for the New York State Offices of the Inspector General.EducationMs. Daly graduated in 2025 from Albany Law School with her Juris Doctor. She served as Albany Law Review’s Executive Managing Editor for Volume 88, with which she has two forthcoming articles, including one focusing on the Court of Appeals’newest Judge, the Honorable Caitlin Halligan. Ms. Daly will also publish an article under Albany Law Review’s Volume 89, entitled The Costly Burden of Carrying a BRCA Mutation. Ms. Daly graduated from Scripps College in Claremont, California with her Bachelor of Arts in English. Prior to law school, she lived and worked in New York City for several years.Ms. Daly is originally from Burlington, Vermont, where she visits regularly to see family, swim in Lake Champlain, hike and ski in the Green Mountains, and enjoy maple creemee
