Claire was born and raised in Jasper, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She then earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served on various organizations, participated in many advocacy competitions, and was a tutor for Professor Richard Rosen in Torts. While in law school, Claire clerked for several firms and gained valuable knowledge in constitutional, transactional, and civil matters.
