Claudia Casalis

Ms. Casalis is a transactional and litigation attorney in Robert Allen’s corporate law and litigation department. She has experience in a variety of transactions with her practice focused in the following areas: corporate law, yacht transactions, trade finance and litigation. Ms. Casalis represents clients in general corporate and business transactions, negotiating complex trade and distribution agreements. In addition, Ms. Casalis has experience in representing a broad spectrum of clients in the yachting industry, including yacht manufacturers, yacht brokerages, marine lenders and purchasers and sellers of pleasure yachts. Ms. Casalis also represents US-based lenders in the documenting and structuring of Ex-Im Bank supported credit facilities. Within Robert Allen’s litigation department, Ms. Casalis regularly represents clients from around the world, focusing on the operations of manufacturers and their domestic and international distribution needs as well as the representation of distributors and brokerage houses. Ms. Casalis is an active member of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida and the FIU Law Alumni Association.
