Biography

Claudia Surrentini is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Surrentini practices in the areas of auto negligence, products liability, and insurance defense.

Ms. Surrentini attended the University of Florida, where she earned her bachelor’s degrees in criminology and psychology, graduating summa cum laude. Ms. Surrentini then earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received a series of honors and distinctions, including receiving the CALI award for the highest grade in Florida Constitutional Law.

While in law school, Ms. Surrentini was heavily involved with the Miami Law community, primarily with her role as Chair for the First-Generation Law Association. In her first year of law school, she clerked at a boutique plaintiff firm in South Florida, handling matters involving products liability, negligence, and wrongful death.

Ms. Surrentini joined Cole, Scott, & Kissane in her second year of law school as a Summer Associate and she returned to the firm as an Associate after passing The Florida Bar.
