Biography

Professor Claudio Biscaretti di Ruffia focuses on international litigation issues, and routinely represents major clients and institutions in proceedings relating to antitrust, state aid, and international trade law before the Italian courts, the European Commission, the European General Court, and the European Court of Justice. Professor Biscaretti draws legal opinions and advises clients on European Commercial Law, agricultural law of the European Union, and conflict of laws.

Claudio deals with commercial and international contracts in sectors including pharmaceuticals, electrical goods, sportwear and agriculture. He has also been involved in numerous M&A deals related to these sectors.
