Biography

Clay Dawson is a senior associate attorney in WSHB's Dallas office. He joined WSHB as a law clerk after graduating from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he received a concentration in Intellectual Property (IP) and served as an editor for the Texas A&M Law Review.

He draws inspiration from helping clients navigate all manner of civil litigation, and particularly relishes opportunities related to IP, administrative and competition law, as well as corporate and complex commercial matters. At WSHB, Clay's practice includes cybersecurity and data privacy matters, including data breach class actions, tech litigation, breach response cases, and state/federal enforcement of data privacy statutes.

Clay holds memberships in Fort Worth's Eldon B Mahon Inn of Court and the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
