Biography

Clay Jenkins, an Ellis County personal injury attorney and Dallas County resident, has dedicated his career to advocating for injury victims. A graduate of Waxahachie High School (1982) and Baylor University School of Law (1987), Mr. Jenkins began his legal journey as a briefing attorney for the late Hon. Oscar H. Mauzy, Associate Justice of the Texas Supreme Court, from 1988 to 1989. He then returned to Ellis County to join his father, Warwick H. Jenkins, who founded the firm in 1948 and practiced law until his passing in 2001.

Initially a general practice attorney, Mr. Jenkins now focuses primarily on accident, workplace, and industrial injury cases. His extensive professional affiliations include the Ellis County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Brain Injury Association of Texas. He has also served in leadership roles, including as chairman of the Board of Advocates for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Recognized for his legal acumen, Mr. Jenkins is listed in Martindale-Hubbell and “Who’s Who in Practicing Lawyers.” He resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Ramsey, and their children, Madeleine, Grace, and Ace.
