Clayton E. Wire

Clayton E. Wire is a trial attorney at Ogborn Mihm LLP in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Wire's practice focuses primarily on the litigation of employment, legal malpractice and business tort matters, with an emphasis on whistleblower, Qui Tam, and retaliation claims. Mr. Wire has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including some of Colorado's largest independent businesses, corporate whistleblowers (including in-house counsel and physicians), and companies and individuals whose prior attorneys have harmed them.

Mr. Wire received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Wire served as Editor in Chief of the globally recognized Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. Mr. Wire was also an intern at the Colorado State Public Defender's Appellate Division. Upon graduation, Mr. Wire was admitted to the Order of St. Ives, an honors society for Sturm College of Law graduates within the top percentiles of each graduating class. Mr. Wire clerked for Judge Nancy Lichtensten of the Colorado Court of Appeals before entering private practice. Prior to law school, Mr. Wire graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in both Editorial Journalism and Political Science, with a focus on international relations.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Wire clerked for the Honorable Nancy J. Lichtenstein of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
