Clayton M. Baker

Clayton M. Baker, was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on March 24, 1989. Mr. Baker graduated from Midwestern State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Political Science, and from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2015 with a J.D., with honors.

In law school, Mr. Baker served as President of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Board of Advocates, and Magister for Rogers Inn of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. Additionally, Mr. Baker was inducted into the Order of Barristers and was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law II. Mr. Baker currently serves on the board for the Oklahoma Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, the University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Board, and is the President of the Delaware County Bar Association.

Mr. Baker's practice areas include banking, civil litigation, real estate, probate and estate planning. Mr. Baker has represented clients throughout Northeast Oklahoma, and regularly practices in Delaware, Ottawa, Craig and Mayes counties.

Clayton and his wife, Joanna, love spending times outdoors and with family. Clayton and Joanna are members of Three Rivers Presbyterian Church in Grove, Oklahoma, where they enjoy teaching Sunday school and coordinating Financial Peace University. They are also the proud parents to two beautiful daughters, Gentry and Everly.
