CLAYTON M. WILLIAMS is a partner at Estes, Ingram, Foels, & Gibbs, where he began his legal career in 2011. Mr. Williams focuses his practice on the defense of healthcare providers and hospitals in medical malpractice claims; nursing homes in Chapter 400 claims; premises liability claims; and individual healthcare providers in other legal matters, including licensure and administrative proceedings before the Board of Medicine as well as healthcare facility credentialing. He is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Georgia, including all state courts and the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Middle District of Georgia. Mr. Williams is an active member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and Central Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council. A native of Florida, Mr. Williams received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and Criminal Justice and was a graduate of the Honors Program at the University of West Florida in 2008, followed by a J.D., cum laude, and Certificate in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2011.
