Cliff Harstad became Of Counsel to the firm in 2001. Prior to becoming Of Counsel, Cliff was General Counsel and Secretary of two publicly traded companies for more than 10 years and was President/CEO of a lease consulting firm for national retailers for more than 12 years. Cliff is and has been for more than 20 years Legal Counsel to The Cancer Research Foundation.
