Biography

Having met the stringent SuperLawyers selection criteria every year since 2009, Cliff is a legal powerhouse who sets the bar for Personal Injury defense.

With admissions to practice in both New York and Tennessee, Cliff's legal expertise spans multiple domains. His practice areas include Transportation, Insurance Defense, Products Liability Defense, Catastrophic Injury Defense, Automotive Vicarious Liability, and General Negligence.

Cliff embarked on his legal career in 1983, armed with a J.D. degree from Villanova University Law School. His knowledge and experience are not just applied in the courtroom; they're also generously shared with others. He's a sought-after lecturer for the Defense Research Institute and the New York County Lawyers Association, of which he's also a member.

Cliff's commitment to making the world a better place extends beyond the courtroom. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Seeing Eye, Inc., whose mission is to enhance the independence, dignity, and self-confidence of blind people through the use of Seeing Eye dogs. He's also a former trustee of the Calais School, a Whippany, New Jersey institution dedicated to students with special needs.

When he's not busy fighting for justice or giving back to the community, you'll find Cliff enjoying the outdoors. He's an avid golfer and a seasoned angler, demonstrating that even SuperLawyers know how to take a break and savor the finer things in life.
