Clive has over 25 years' experience advising on direct and indirect tax and structuring in relation to UK and international transactions, funds and investment structures, in the real estate and financial services sectors. His clients include UK and overseas asset managers, financial institutions, property managers and developers.

Clive is recognised in The Legal 500 UK Guide 2024 for Tax, with previous Legal 500 commentary calling him “an absolute tax guru who we can pull into any tax-related matter to resolve an issue.”
