Cody Hagan

Open for Business
Cody Hagan: Attorney with Wallentine Injury Law, LLC

Biography

Cody joined Wallentine Injury Law, LLC with nearly a decade of litigation experience. He began his career working with the Missouri Supreme Court, seeing how cases are resolved at the highest level of the Missouri judiciary. Since then, Cody has had the opportunity to litigate matters ranging from personal injury and product liability claims to constitutional claims pursuant to the United States Constitution. Cody is well-aware of the operating playbook for insurance companies, working to defend such companies for several years.

Cody is now excited to use that experience helping people recover the compensation to which they are rightly entitled. Outside of the office, you’ll likely see Cody cheering on one of the many excellent sports teams in Kansas City, ranging from Current games at the riverfront to Chiefs games at Arrowhead. Cody is also an active foster parent involved with numerous foster care organizations advocating for children in need.
