Law Practice - Mr. Wilson's practice is concentrated on construction law & litigation (large commercial, industrial, highways). He has represented owners, architects and engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Mr. Wilson has been named as one of Utah's Legal Elite Lawyers in the area of Construction Law by Utah Business Magazine (2008-2012) and a Rising Star in Construction Law by Super Lawyers Magazine (2009-2012). Construction Background - Prior to practicing construction law Mr. Wilson was a member of the construction industry. In fact, Mr. Wilson has been involved with the construction industry most of his life working his way through the ranks and ultimately managing $20 million+ projects. His experience in construction ranging from trade work to project management and from residential to complex commercial projects. Mr. Wilson's broad range of practical construction experience has included various projects found on Intermountain Contractors yearly list of the top construction projects. Mr. Wilson's broad range of construction experience has required him to work with contractors, architects, owners, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, city planners, inspectors and others in their various trades.
