Colby L. Jones

Colby L. Jones is a skilled attorney and respected leader in dispute resolution, holding a Master of Laws from Pepperdine University’s renowned Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. As chairperson of the Idaho State Bar’s Dispute Resolution Section, Colby brings extensive experience as a mediator, particularly in divorce and custody matters. His dedication extends beyond the mediation table—he regularly educates lawyers and community members on mediation, negotiation, and conflict management. Colby’s practice combines courtroom advocacy and alternative dispute resolution, supporting both individuals and organizations through challenges and change.
