Biography

Cole is a commercial litigation attorney who is licensed in both Arizona and Missouri. His practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. Prior to joining Jaburg Wilk, Cole worked for firms in both Missouri and Arizona where he practiced commercial litigation and represented property management companies as well as community associations.

He was a judicial intern in Johnson County District Court in Kansas and was a legislative intern to United States Senator Pat Roberts. While in law school, he was Assistant Chief Justice for the Moot Court Council and was selected as a 2020 National Moot Court Competition participant.
