Colin J. Keefe

Colin J. Keefe is Deputy Managing Shareholder of the firm. His practice primarily consists of finance and mergers & acquisitions, with an emphasis on seller-side representation in eight- and nine-figure strategic and private equity transactions with national and international buyers. Mr. Keefe is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was decorated for heroism in combat during the Battle of Baghdad in April 2003. His legal career began as an associate with a large Manhattan law firm, where he primarily represented lenders in nine- and ten-figure project and acquisition finance transactions. Mr. Keefe now represents banks and financial institutions in many of the Lehigh Valley’s largest commercial financings. In addition, Mr. Keefe regularly handles construction contracting, real estate sales and acquisitions (with or without the accompanying sale of an ongoing business), and general corporate matters.
