Biography

Colin Kennedy is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. He represents clients in all phases of litigation, from early-stage investigations through appeals. Colin has experience representing employers in many areas of labor and employment law before state and federal agencies and in courts throughout the country. He also represents companies in a wide range of commercial litigation, individuals and municipalities in white collar defense investigations, and companies facing unfair or deceptive business practice claims in individual and putative class actions. In addition, Colin has considerable legal writing experience and is frequently asked to draft complex pleadings, various motions, and memoranda.

Prior to entering legal practice, Colin served in the U.S. Army as an Intelligence Officer deploying multiple times before being honorably discharged at the rank of Captain.
