Collin Donaghy is an Associate Attorney based in the firm’s Charlotte office, where he focuses on civil litigation.Prior to joining Cranfill Sumner, Collin worked as an E-Discovery attorney. At his previous firm, he collaborated with a team of attorneys to provide comprehensive document review to clients, in matters such as government defense contracting, Bitcoin mining, and trademark infringement.Collin received his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law, where he was an active participant in the Business Law Association. During his law school career, Collin completed a residency at the Elon Law Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he provided pro bono business and intellectual property-related legal services to small businesses and entrepreneurs across Greensboro and Winston-Salem.
