Connie Susan Carr

Ms. Carr represents business clients of all sizes, both public and privately-held companies, from the entrepreneur to the larger more established company on a variety of business transactions and securities compliance issues. A large percentage of her practice involves financing, representing both borrowers and lenders with regard to mortgage loans, lines of credit and acquisition financing. Ms. Carr has assisted private equity groups and operating companies from air cargo handling operations and auto dealerships to manufacturers in their acquisition of business operations, both in the U.S. and Canada, and the sale of their companies to buyers. Her real estate background has included representing area developers and real estate investors in their acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate. Based on her broad transactional experience, Ms. Carr understands the clients' focus on the bottom line and strives to provide real value to the transactions.
