He was previously a partner with the law firm of Taleff & Murphy, P.C. representing Montana individuals and businesses in: complex commercial litigation; insurance disputes; finance and banking litigation and transaction; real property issues and estate disputes where he was involved in a number of jury trials. Attorney Murphy brings his broad knowledge, expertise and skill to represent individuals and families who have been injured by the negligent or intentional acts of others.

He understands the physical, emotional and financial toll that an injury can have on a person and their family, and works tirelessly to ensure his clients are fully compensated for their losses.
